When and where is breakfast served?
The hot breakfast buffet is served daily in the Residence Inn/SpringHill Suites lobby on the 6th floor. Breakfast is served Monday – Friday 6:30AM – 9:30AM and on Saturday and Sunday, 7AM – 10PM Guests staying at the AC can purchase breakfast for $18 per person.

Do you have a pool?
The pool is located on the 6th floor. There is a poolside restaurant and bar open daily, 10AM – 10PM serving food and beverages. Please bring your id if you plan on purchasing alcoholic beverages.  No outside food and beverage is allowed in the pool area.

On Friday and Saturday’s there is a live DJ from 1PM – 5PM.

During high demand pool months, guests will be required to wear a bracelet while in the pool area. These will be provided at the front desk at the time of check-in to registered guests only.

Can I rent a cabana at the pool?
The pool area has 7 cabanas that can be rented for the day by clicking here.

Do you have restaurants on site?
Yes, we have the AC Lounge, rtb! (roof top bar) and KV5. The hours and locations are listed below.

• Aqua Lyrics is our pool restaurant and bar. This is located on our 6th floor and you may access from the pool deck or through the Residence Inn/SpringHill Suites lobby. It is open daily from 10am-10pm.  View our menu by clicking here

• rtb! is our guest only roof top bar. This is located on the 21st floor with breathtaking views of the city skyline. Live entertainment is featured Wednesday – Saturday from 6PM – 9PM. The bar is open daily 5PM– 11:30PM. You can view our menu by clicking here.

• AC Lounge is our AC lobby bar. It is located on the 6th floor in the AC lobby. It is open daily from 3PM – 10PM. You can view our menu by clicking here.

Can I order something special for an upcoming trip?
Yes! From anniversary to bachelorette party, we have something for every special occasion!

Where is your fitness center located?
The fitness center is located on the 6th floor. The center features peloton bikes, free weights and a variety of machines.

Do you have an in-house laundry facility?
Yes, located on our 6th floor. There are several washers and dryers located next to our fitness center. You can use your room key to access.

Can I request housekeeping services?
Yes, if you would like your guest room cleaned or refreshed daily, please request at the front desk.
